About Me

About Me

I’ve been trekking the world of words for a year or two shy of a decade, starting in digital editorial -- Rolling Stone, Scholastic, and so on -- before finally carving out a niche in copywriting.

What I love most about copywriting is the way both sides of my brain put their differences aside to work together: analyzing data, brainstorming with a team of designers and stakeholders, and then combining it all into a cohesive creative solution.

At the heart of copywriting is the ability to transform what would otherwise be uninviting technical lingo into accessible information -- to aid and ease the concerns of users. Simply put, how would you explain this to your mom? That’s why I enjoy any opportunity to connect with people, hook their interest with solutions and cohesive narratives that can change perceptions.

I work best with others who are as genuinely passionate to create something amazing -- and I truly value a think tank’s electric synergy to realize company objectives.

When I’m not writing…

I take the time to disconnect from tech.

Spend a weekend hiking in Upstate New York.

Hit a few sixteenth notes on my snare drum.

Try to get back into the voice-over booth.

Surrender to the rhythm of an African dance lesson.

And enjoy a good book without having to write an essay about it. (High school really knew how to spoil escapism...)

So, want to work with me? That’s great! Consider my interest piqued. Let’s connect, then, shall we?
